ARTICLE 1 – Purpose

This agreement defines the mutual rights and responsibilities in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188), as well as the general terms of service, for the digital services and products sold on Gamelifter.com.

ARTICLE 2 – Service Details

All product/service details, including scope, pricing, delivery method, and estimated delivery time, are presented on the relevant product pages and in the order confirmation email or invoice.

ARTICLE 3 – Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing Gamelifter.com or purchasing services, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

  • The Buyer must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • All services are intended for lawful and personal use only.
  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution of digital services is strictly prohibited.
  • Gamelifter.com reserves the right to suspend access if misuse, fraud, or violation of this agreement is detected.
  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for service delivery.
  • The Seller is not responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect data, force majeure, or third-party service issues.

ARTICLE 4 – Right of Withdrawal

As per Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the Buyer waives the right of withdrawal for digital content and instantly executed services, once the order is placed and delivery begins.
By confirming the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and consents to this waiver.

Unresolved matters may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s region, in accordance with Turkish consumer law.
