1. Nature of Digital Services

All products and services on Gamelifter.com are delivered digitally, such as:

  • Review coordination
  • Feedback and optimization reports

There are no physical items shipped. Due to the non-reversible nature of these services, most purchases are considered final.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service has already been delivered, accessed, or used.
  • The customer failed to provide required materials or information.
  • The complaint is based on personal preference, despite proper service delivery.
  • Abuse of the refund process or violations of our Terms of Use

3. Eligible Refunds
